Paper Machine Section (Complete Assembly)

Engineered for superior drainage and symmetrical sheet formation. Deogun’s Twin Wire technology eliminates "two-sidedness" in paper, making it ideal for high-speed packaging and premium printing grades.
Twin Wire Machine

The precision-engineered heart of the machine. Our headboxes (Hydraulic or Air-Cushioned) ensure uniform fiber distribution and a consistent cross-directional (CD) profile for perfect paper grammage.
Headbox

A robust, cantilever-type frame designed for quick wire changes. It features optimized drainage elements like forming boards, foils, and suction boxes to maximize water removal at the "wet end."
Wire Section (Fourdrinier)

Our specialized Formar units enhance the forming capabilities of existing machines, allowing for multi-ply board production and improved fiber orientation.
Formar (Forming Systems)

A heavy-duty dewatering powerhouse. The Jumbo Press uses large-diameter rolls to apply high nip pressure, increasing sheet dryness before it enters the dryer, which significantly lowers steam costs.
Jumbo Press Section

Deogun's standard press sections are designed for maximum mechanical water removal. We offer various configurations, including "K-Press" and "Bi-Nip" setups, to maintain sheet bulk and surface integrity.
Press Section

High-efficiency Steel MG cylinders offer superior heat transfer compared to traditional cast iron. This section provides the high-gloss "glaze" finish required for MG Kraft and Poster paper
Steel MG (Yankee) Section

Built with high-grade M.S. (Mild Steel) fabricated cylinders. Our dryer sections are tested for high-pressure performance (up to 6kg/cm²) and balanced dynamically for vibration-free operation at high speeds.

Yankey Paper Machine
Specifically for tissue and light-grade paper production. Our Yankee machines focus on high evaporation rates and the delicate "creping" process to ensure softness and strength.

Surface Size Press
A critical section for improving surface strength and printability. It applies a uniform layer of starch or chemicals to the paper surface, reducing porosity and enhancing the final product's quality

Pop Reel (Pope Reeler)
A constant-tension winding system. Our Pope Reels ensure the jumbo paper roll is wound with uniform density, preventing wrinkles and preparing the paper for the slitting process.
Deogun offers high-efficiency pulpers for slushing waste paper or virgin pulp. The D-Pulper design creates a "D" shaped flow pattern that prevents the "vortex" effect, leading to faster bale disintegration.
Pulper (Standard & D-Pulper)

A versatile screening solution designed for the primary removal of heavy and light contaminants. It is highly effective at separating plastic pieces, corks, and other foreign materials immediately after pulping
3F Screen

A multi-stage centrifugal cleaning system. These cleaners remove fine sand, glass, and specks by using high-velocity vortex action, ensuring the pulp is ultra-clean before it reaches the machine.
Centri Cleaners System


HD Cleaner (High Density)
: Installed early in the process, the HD Cleaner removes heavy rejects like staples, pins, and stones. This protects downstream equipment (like screens and refiners) from damage.

Pior (Pulping/Refining Unit)
(Refers to specialized refining/processing equipment). Our Pior-style units are designed for high-consistency fiber treatment, ensuring optimal fiber bonding and strength.

Thickners (Drum & Gravity):
Vital for increasing pulp consistency. Our Drum Thickners use a rotating mesh to separate water from the fiber, preparing the stock for storage or high-consistency refining.
Utilizing high-precision "Vee-Wire" technology. These screens offer non-clogging performance and high open areas for efficient filtration and dewatering in the stock prep line.
Johnson Screen

Heavy-duty agitators designed to keep pulp in suspension within storage chests. They prevent fiber settling and ensure a uniform stock consistency for the paper machine.
Agitators

A dual-action machine that separates light and heavy rejects while simultaneously de-flaking the pulp. It is a "must-have" for any waste-paper recycling plant.

Decker Paper Thickeners
Efficiently increase your pulp consistency with the Deogun Decker Thickener. Using a gravity-fed drum system, it separates water from the stock, thickening the pulp for storage or high-consistency refining while recovering white water for reuse.

Hollander Beater Machine

Rewinder Brake Drum

Cylinder Mould Paper Machine
A cost-effective solution for board and heavy-paper production. The Deogun Cylinder Mould Machine utilizes multiple forming vats to build up paper layers, offering flexibility in ply-bonding and grammage control.

Vaccum Suction Box
Optimize your "wet end" dewatering with our high-vacuum Suction Boxes. Fitted with low-friction ceramic or HDPE covers, they aggressively remove water from the paper web before the press section, enhancing sheet dryness and machine speed.

Hydra Pulper Machine
The workhorse of the stock prep line. Our Hydra Pulper features a powerful rotor design that creates intense hydraulic shear, rapidly breaking down virgin pulp or waste paper bales. It ensures complete defibering with minimal fiber damage.

Stainless Steel Cylinder Mould
Crafted from high-grade stainless steel (SS-304/316), our Cylinder Moulds offer superior corrosion resistance and structural integrity. They provide excellent water drainage and fiber pickup, ensuring uniform sheet formation even in harsh chemical environments.

High Speed Rewinder Machine

Paper Board Calendar Machine

Knife Grinding Machine

Hard Calendar
Designed for high-pressure finishing, the Deogun Hard Calender ensures a uniform caliper and superior smoothness in the final paper web. Featuring heated cast iron rolls, it effectively irons out surface irregularities, making it essential for writing and printing grades where surface finish is critical.

Reject Sorter
The Deogun Reject Sorter is the final line of defense in your screening loop, designed to maximize fiber recovery. It efficiently processes the "tailings" (rejects) from primary screens, separating usable fiber from contaminants like plastics, styrofoam, and heavy debris. This machine ensures that good pulp is returned to the system while rejects are discharged virtually fiber-free.

Pressure Screen Paper Mill
Engineered for superior stock cleanliness, the Deogun Pressure Screen is the core of modern stock preparation. Whether used for coarse or fine screening, our units feature advanced hydrofoil rotors and precision-slotted baskets to remove shives, stickies, and dirt particles with minimal pressure drop. Felt Stretcher
A critical component for machine runnability. The Deogun Felt Stretcher maintains the optimum tension of press felts and dryer fabrics. Whether manual or motorized, our stretchers prevent felt slippage and wrinkling, ensuring consistent water removal and extending the operational life of your expensive machine clothing.

Poucher Chest Agitator
Essential for the washing and bleaching stages, our Poucher Chest Agitator provides the intense turbulence required to wash pulp effectively. It ensures that fibers remain in suspension and chemicals are evenly distributed, preventing settling and "dead spots" in the bleaching chest.

Rotary Spherical Digestor
Specialized for agro-based and rag pulping, the Deogun Rotary Spherical Digester ensures uniform cooking of raw materials like straw, bagasse, and cotton rags. The rotating spherical vessel ensures thorough mixing of raw material with cooking chemicals under high pressure and temperature, resulting in a consistent and high-quality pulp yield.

Slat Conveyor
The starting point of an efficient pulping line. Our heavy-duty Slat Conveyor is engineered to transport waste paper bales and loose raw materials directly into the pulper with ease. Built with high-tensile steel chains and reinforced slats, it is designed to withstand heavy shock loads and continuous operation in rugged mill environments.

Eggtray Moulding Machine

Our fully automated and semi-automated rotary moulding systems are designed to produce high-quality, rigid egg trays, fruit trays, and cup carriers.
